We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all UK orders and aim to dispatch your item within 5 working days.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person. If no one is available to receive your item a card will be left offering you the option to have the item delivered at a later date or collected from your local post office.
All of our deliveries are insured whilst in transit until delivered to you. Upon receipt of signature all responsibility of purchased goods passes to you.



Once dispatched, overseas deliveries will arrive within 5-10 working days in Europe and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person. In the event that no one is available to receive the item, the shipping carrier or your country’s postal service should leave a card with details so you can arrange another delivery date or collect your parcel from your local collections depot.

Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays to international orders caused during customs clearance processes.

Please Note:
Delivery of Bespoke and Made to Order items can take 4 to 6 weeks, as all pieces are hand made.

For an estimated delivery date please email before placing an order to avoid disappointment.

Customers will be notified by email when their order has been dispatched.



We hope you'll love your new jewellery, but in the event that it's not quite right you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return it.

Simply email with 'Return' in the subject line to notify us that you wish to send the item(s) back.

Please take care to follow the instructions detailed below.

    • All items must arrive with any/all tags intact, be unworn and in their original condition.
    • Please place items in the original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely sealed.
    • Post it back to Crucible London within 14 days from date of receipt.
    • We recommend all returns and exchanges are sent by an insured/recorded service with proof of postage.
    • We do not except liability for any goods lost or damaged.


    Please Note:

    Bespoke and Made to Order items – (items that we do not carry in stock, or which have been altered specifically for you) cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.

    International returns should be shipped within 7 days from date of receipt.

    Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Crucible London.

    Crucible London will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or have had their tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, you should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if you wish to return the item.

    We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

    Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.



    If you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternative item, please contact us at with 'Exchange' in subject line.

    Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.Alternatively, to secure your chosen exchange you can make your purchase by phone or online and we will refund your original item when it is returned to us.

    Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability; however, you will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at your cost for the shipping, and refunded only as a credit note.

    You will be charged for any difference in cost, plus any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
    To return an item to us for exchange, please follow the procedure laid out above.



    We strive to produce and supply high quality jewellery. However in the event that items are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault we will be happy to accept goods following the standard returns process as detailed above within a period of 1 month after delivery.

    All items returned as faulty will be inspected thoroughly, and any damage deemed the result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

    Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

    It may be possible for us to repair items that have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service to cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred.



    Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice.

    The cost of any undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, including sales taxes for all EU country shipments but excluding shipping charges.

    As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are NON- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
